Recently, Kelly and I ventured to London to experience the high-speed world of Formula E, followed by a visit to the chic Roseblood pop-up for some classy mocktails, and capped off with a sumptuous dinner at KOD. It was a day of vibrant contrasts that paired the adrenaline of sports with the relaxation of great meals and refreshing drinks.

Stepping into the Formula E venue, the excitement was palpable. The silent hum of electric cars at the starting line promised a new era of racing—fast, furious, and eco-friendly. Post-race, to unwind before our dinner, we visited Roseblood, an outdoor terrace pop-up cocktail bar at the Pan Pacific London. Available only until the end of September, this spot offered a stylish way to relax and reflect on the day’s excitement. Nestled on Liverpool Street, it’s a haven amidst the hustle, where we indulged in two mocktails. While they were on the pricier side, each sip of these refreshing concoctions felt worth the splurge, perfectly setting the stage for the evening to come.
